Cancellation Policy
Please call ahead if you intend on renting from us our fleet is growing all the time and we want to make sure that you get setup with the correct machine. If machine is not returned the Client that rented the machine will be charged full MSRP+ taxes for a replacement machine. This includes theft, abandoned on-trail or off-trail, accident or behavior resulting in impound or seizure. Customer is responsible for all damage that occurs to machine. Machines will be inspected upon return and customer will be notified of any damages. The deposit taken upon rental will be used for the repair of the machine(parts+labor). If the repair exceeds the deposit amount then client agrees that they will be accountable for the remainder of the repairs. If machine is damaged beyond repair then customer will be accountable for the full replacement of the machine MSRP+tax.
